Sound Bridge software is used for formatting PCMCIA cards with Alesis synthesizers with one user bank, sequences, and samples. You must have at least a Quadrasynth v2.00 or greater.

some other downloads from alesis here:

I haven’t used it, but it’s for creating samples / patch’s for the QS series, and burning them on PCMIA / Q-Cards.

I guess you can also use it with sample cell.

Just to add a little info to the above response, I believe it was an in-house tool used to assemble sample cell files
and send them to e.g. a QS8 to burn QCards (pcmcia linear flash cards).  There are .img files of the actual
Alesis QCards floating around on the web, and certain versions of Sound Bridge can load these files, and thus
duplicate a QCard onto a blank flash card.  Once this was realized, a later version removed this capability.
What you want is "Mac SoundBridge 3.0.1d2".

I have a couple of QS8's, and use "Musicshop" which is a midi recorder and editor, an earlier version of SVP.
If anyone is interested, I could upload this old software somewhere...
