So guys,

I created a usb boot with Leopard.
Here is my problem: i start with alt key. The installation start, and i go to Utilities and erase disk but i can't see "os 9 drivers".

Maybe it's because i need a real Install CD?

You don't need a CD or DVD. I installed Leopard on my MDD using a USB memory stick without any problems (dual booting Leopard and 9.2.2 on the same partition without any issues). You must be missing something.

Make sure that "Apple Partition Map" is selected in the "Options" menu in Disk Utility (see attached picture). It's the only alternative that will give you the "OS 9 Drivers" checkbox.

Despite what you think you remember, you cannot install them partition-by-partition.

 i just said that there can be other reasons why it wont work.

Dont use leopard. use tiger and select the drive and not the partition. leopard has no classic support anymore and maybe not even the os9 driver install option

In the top pic of the HDD, you haven't yet erased it and it has a named volume.
Initialize / erase the top level of the drive and the option will appear.
The USB stick you're showing is blank without any created volumes - hence it has the option showing.

You have to install the OS9 drivers at the top level of the drive before anything else.

No, you don't have to do that. Are you sure that you have Apple Partition Map selected?

No problem using Leopard with OS9. I have been doing so since 2007 when it first came out without any issues. And the OS9 Driver checkbox is there in Leopard as well. As long as you have "Apple Partition Map" selected.

make screenshots and show us what you do.

make sure you select the drive and not the partition
after selecting the drive erase it and select in the options apple partition map

Here i start the mac by pressing alt for booting with a usb key with tiger

Strange... Perhaps it's because it's an empty disk with no partition map (scheme) yet?

If you partition it with one partition in "Mac OS Extended" and get a partition sheme on it, do you see it then?

Is the drive configured as a master or a slave drive? I have had tonnes of issues trying to get drives configured as slave to work, but it shouldn't matter. You should get to install the OS 9 drivers either way.

Do you get a different result if you boot from Tiger installed on the second drive and use its Disk Utility?
You no longer need the USB stick.
Probably not the solution, but should be checked…

This is what happens sometimes when you try to troubleshoot on a forum. What would take 5 minutes to go and test in person takes days of back and forth.

OK… Let's try some deductive logic:

You have TWO internal HDDs installed and a USB thumb drive.
We know you can get the OS9 drivers option showing on the thumb drive.
You cannot get it on at least ONE internal HDD.
SO, How about the other internal HDD?
     If you choose "Erase" on the other one (you don't have to actually erase it of course) does the OS9 option appear there?

If YES, then you have one drive that won't cooperate and the problem is specific to that HDD only. So…
    Do a complete erase of that drive (one-pass is enough) then try to initialize it again. If it now works, there was something about
    the formatting (who knows what?) but it's fixed. If it still won't cooperate, you may have to replace it.

If NO, and neither drive will allow OS9 drivers, then it's a different issue entirely. So…
    Check the connections to the HDDs and the drive settings. In an MDD, the drives must be set to "cable select" rather than "master"
    and/or "slave". This is probably NOT the problem because I don't think they would even show up properly in the profiler and maybe
    not function at all if set incorrectly, but who knows? Maybe they can and do. It does mean that there's something about both
    identical drives that the OS doesn't like, we're one step closer to the answer, and we go from there.
