was there ever a retail version of panther that came on DVD? (1 disc)

lol but it requires 10.3+ to use it :D lol

I have an original (not a burned copy) Panther DVD with "Internal developer edition" written on it.
I wonder where it is...

my qs is refusing to boot from my panther cd.. it opens OpenFirmware instead... and then gives the "load-size" too small when i try to make it boot from cd

reburned the disc and its working fine.. the old cd looked fine tho. i dont get it!!!
