im using "drive setup" version 2.0.7 and its not giving me the option of partitioning the drive..
even tho in the "About drive setup" page it says "drive setup is an application you can use to initalize
hard disks and other storage media, divide a disk into multiple partitions and set drive formatting options"
which version do i need to allow me to partition?

the "Custom Setup" button is greyed out! unclickable

**update
i was using 2 disks, striped in raid0 on my ACARD 6885M
not sure what was wrong, but, i created an array, initalized it,
copied my system folder + files from another drive,
and it was causing an error at boot.. it wouldnt boot
i ended up reparitioning it with disk utility with the PPC TIGER OSX disk
and that did the trick.. im now doing a system restore from the
disks that came with the 933 2002 qs......

not sure why it had a problem.. *shrug*
but drivesetup 2.0.7 wouldnt let me partition! i know this much!

just realized theres a firmware update for my adapter to "Fix 128GB+ boot"
i think this is probably applicable to what just happened to me..
ive updated the firmware now.. fingers crossed..

well i guess that was it! because its booting now!
heres a benchmark...
its using
1 x 250GB wd sata2 drive (via sata to pata adapter)
1 x 200GB maxtor pata drive
to create a 400gb raid0 stripe!
