Capty mpeg edit is the only Mac os 9 App that let you directly edit MPEG2 video (with audio) , without demuxing nor re encoding!

And there is another big problem. The copy I had was in Japanese...  :-X
... but I had translated it in part ( to my bad english  :-X LOL) ...
