bs-16 is a multitimbral software playback sampler for Steinberg VST 2.4, and Apple Audio Units plug-in format. You can play all SoundFont 2 files for Creative Sound Blaster series, and DLS (Downloadable Sounds) files on your host application.

It's a nice program.. I use it in OS9. For OSX I had a version 3 around but I never found the serial number, does anyone have it? version 4 was a mess..authorization on the internet then now when you opened it it said that the software was obsolete and you had to connect to the site but it no longer exists... does anyone have the modern versions for OSX, 3 or 4 working? can you attach them?

That's why I hate anything that uses internet for authorization.

I've got sort of quick and dirty v4 working on Intel, but you probably want PPC. This particular fu*ker (4.0.3) has its own mind about expiry dates, even with a valid name/pass

version 4 was affected by the date.. I don't know when it was produced but I managed to make it work in demo by moving the date of the computer to 2006.. they programmed that on a certain date, which is unknown, the program connects to the site for an update that doesn't exist since nothing exists anymore. if you have the good code and are willing to turn the computer clock back whenever you need it it should work. If you have a name and password can you post it? ..Thank you
