will logic 6.x still work on snow leopard??
and if so, any reason not to use it on snow leopard?

Snow is Intel only. Intel cannot run classic. And Powerpc apps only thru rossetta.
Logic 6 is Ppc only.
Since logic 7.1 logic is universal until 8-9.
I would use a Intel compiled version, any since 7.1.
Since logic 8 you only need a serial number.  No need of dongles.

no intel.....
so logic 7 was the first to feature universal binary
