Yep that's the card looking for an ISO of the CD Rom that comes with it. I've to the card up and running (OMS etc) but need the editing software for it. In my bajillion CDroms for the life of me I can't find it.

i have known a couple of people who have these cards but i dont think they would give their time to look for it...
unfortunately not everyone is about 'community efforts'
im sorry i cant help personally but lets hold out hope someone else can assist!
might get lucky..

this card is from 1996 right?

I have a SampleCell II PCI with the install disk. I know right where the box with the install CD is. Let me see if I can pull it out and image an ISO for you tomorrow.
