Additional Mac OS Notes: If you have a pre-2001 Apple computer that did not ship with a dual boot system with both Mac OS X and OS 9 pre-installed by Apple, it is  recommended that you do not install OS X on the same partition or hard drive with Mac OS 9.x that you use as your startup drive for Pro Tools
heh;)

ok ok! here it is confirmed: http://archive.digidesign.com/download/521macle/
fuck this is so confusing the way they write this! but i get it now
its saying 5.2.1 is an update for either mbox or digi001/amIII

but in order to install the update, u must first have either
5.2 for mbox installed already
or 5.1.1 for digi001/AMIII installed already

so im wondering if this toast image we have is either:
A) a full installer of 5.2.1
B) just an updater cd to update 5.2 or 5.1.1 to 5.2.1

this post (http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php?topic=853.0) has to be updated either way
this isnt just for mbox, its for Digi001/AudioMediaIII/Mbox
