macos9lives demo project file collaborative project

another idea
i think it could be incredibly helpful to have a number of different project files for the apps
that we discuss on the site.. it can be really complicated to get familiar with a new program when you are used to working a certain way in another app.. i find its alot easier to navigate around and familiarize yourself with an app when you have a demo project file to open up..

if we could get a collection of 5-10 demo files contributed by our members for each of the programs we feature + talk about here on the forums

1. Cubase VST
2. Nuendo
3. Ableton
4. Digital Performer
5. ProTools
6. Logic
7. Studio Vision

demo projects would obviously want to be not too large
and made without any funky live VST midi tracks.. (ie: exported to wav and include the required audio files for the project to open)

This may help some of us to branch out and explore other software packages that we may have always wanted to be more familiar with..
this could be as simple as making a DemoProjects folder on the ftp for all of us with access to be able to upload projects to.. little by little.. with the goal of covering all the bases eventually.

what do u guys think?

it might be kind of fun to make some fun stupid little demo file, it doesnt have to be perfect if its just for friends to get familiar with an unfamiliar UI + try out new aspects + commands of the software..

for protools it would be cool to see something other then "BeThere" demo etc;)
