delta 1010LT latency - driver at fault?
« on: July 07, 2014, 04:51:24 PM »
hey there guys..  im getting 11ms in + 11ms out . 22ms overall latency which i think isnt so great?
so im using

M-audio Delta Driver 3.1.0
560k on disk
Modified date Dec 9th, 2003
(Build 1011 09/10/2003)

Im having some strange issues in ableton where the sound is beginning to get garbled

samplerate, asio issue, clocking issue? not sure what is happening

maybe i could experiment with different versions of the driver?

the asio driver file itself has the same versions information...
dated dec 9th 2003
with the same build date + version number

does anyone have another version of the delta driver + asio?

im now trying to revert back to the older driver thats for download off the m-audio site

theres a driver listed for 9.x and one listed for 8.x

the 9.x driver has only 1 asio driver file version
and the 8.x driver has 3 seperate asio driver file versions

conclusion: bad idea to try to use the old driver on a os 9 system..
the new driver is already old enough! lol
